New injuries (first time seen) are on a walk-in basis. Follow-up appointments will be made as the patient leaves the facility after their visit.
Federal guidelines require any medical provider to send a Doctors first report to the Workers Comp insurance company ─ even if the injury is deemed to be 1st aid eligible.
Every employer must provide Adventist Health Physicians Network with their Workers Comp insurance information.
