Marconi Abreu, M.D. Internal Medicine - Endocrinology  Type 1 Diabetes  Type 2 Diabetes Marconi Abreu, M.D., is a distinguished endocrinologist specializing in diabetes at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he serves as an Associate Professor and the Medical Director of the Parkland General Endocrinology Clinic.
